Paid services are month-to-month with no long-term contract unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice. All fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins.
Marketing assets we build for you (websites, content, ad accounts, CRM configurations, automations) are created inside your accounts and are your property. We retain rights to our underlying methods, frameworks, templates, and any pre-existing intellectual property.

Testimonials reflect the experience of specific clients. They are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same results. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, market, execution, and effort.
The Site and our content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or specific business results.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Jordan Baywood is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or our services will not exceed the fees you paid us in the prior three (3) months.
Our work uses third-party tools (Meta, Google, Cal.com, CRMs, hosting providers, etc.). We're not responsible for their availability, terms, or pricing changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflicts of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date above shows the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
